V Drive to Center Mount

Product Description

Conversion of a rear mount V drive ski or race boat to a centre mounted (mid mount) can be relative easy.
The results are rewarding by having easier access for water skiers in and out of the boat, retrieval of ropes and gear.
The benefits include higher boat speed which should still be similar to the V drive configuration.
Boat should accelerate away quicker and with less bow lift than the V drive.
The engine still retains a similar angle as previous with no major modification required.
Soft clutch or FNR auto would normally be the choice of drive from the engine to the V drive.
Differing couplings are available to connect to the V drive.
